Congratulations to Dr. Saunders for being honored for his outstanding clinical and educational work to the people of the Caribbean and the medically underserved from the Caribbean American Medical and Scientific Association.

The Executive Committee of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of the Haitian Physicians Aboard (AMHE-NJ) has recognized our efforts to help the Caribbean population in Essex County and the Haitian people, specially during our Medical Mission to Haiti after the catastrophic earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12, 2010. Which "was an excellent show of solidarity", said (AMHE-NJ). To this effect, the Committee invited us and the board of Caribbean Medical Mission to their award ceremony to be held at the Night of Joy on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Secaucus, New Jersey.
